1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions govern your use of the services offered by Spearus Advisors PLLC.

2. Service Description

2.1. Spearus Advisors provides consultation services in legal and business matters, including but not limited to legal services, business advisory services, tax advisory services, virtual assistance services, and office administration.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment for services rendered is due at the time of checkout.

3.2. We accept payments through, but not limited to, PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely.

4. Service Delivery

4.1. Upon successful payment, our team will reach out within five (5) business days to schedule and provide the agreed-upon services.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service for eligibility of a refund.

5.2. Refunds are issued based on the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the services requested.

6.2. Clients agree to cooperate and communicate promptly with our team throughout the service process.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Spearus Advisors respects client confidentiality. All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Spearus Advisors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1. Spearus Advisors reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
