Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of the scheduled service.
1.2. To be eligible for a refund, clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' prior notification before the scheduled service.
2. Cancellation and Refund Procedure
2.1. To request a refund, clients must notify us via written notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
2.2. Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method, excluding any processing fees or charges incurred.
3. Non-Refundable Services
3.1. Services provided without a minimum 24-hour prior notification are not eligible for refunds.
3.2. Any services delivered or rendered as scheduled and not subject to prior notification are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Time
4.1. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days from the date of the refund request approval.
